This car accident near Camp Foster apparently happened about an hour ago (September 16, 2020). I hope everyone walked away okay from this. However, I hope a backstory comes to light.
A Y-plate is an American SOFA plated as such because the engine size is above a Kei car (660cc), which would be yellow and marked with an A if SOFA. Kei cars are known to flip due to their low weight, and often by wind alone, but larger cars and even trucks, not so much... especially on a straightaway like 58.
Since it's facing traffic in the opposite direction, I imagine it hopped the barrier and flipped to its side. Though, I could be wrong.
