Site Issue Unable to post a new thread

A bit confusing. I'm trying to figure out how to post a new thread?

Where exactly are you unable to post a thread?

Some forums don't have permissions for any account to create a new thread on. These are because they're automatic posts, in which you can reply to, archived, or forums dedicated to moving junk posts (i.e., the Recycle Bin).

An example of this would be More Discussion Categories that is a holder for Places Discussion. The Places Discussion forum is intended for automatically generated posts for generalized discussion of Places in Okinawa.

There are several other forums that limit creating a new thread, and in the example of the Recycle Bin, even limit replies whether it's closed or not.

If you find an unusual forum where you believe you should be able to post a new thread, please report those separately as a Site Issue in Comments and Feedback.

I still haven't figured out how to start a new thread and where to find the threads to post a new thread or actually I think they're called folders.

We've never supported such a feature as folders.

Are you trying to create a new thread in Everything Okinawa, perhaps?
