The last time that I was at the Okinawa Regional Customs Exhibit, the tour guide mentioned that they were going to move to the Shintoshin area of Naha City soon. So while I was in the area today mailing off a package at the main post office, I stopped by the building to confirm whether they had packed up and left yet.
They were still there, and, it's confirmed that they'll be there till at least 2024.
Things in an area sure do change over nearly a year, though.
If you get hungry while there, you no longer need to buy a Soy Joy or Calorie Mate from the vending machine on the first floor as the building now has a 7-Eleven on the corner facing the busiest street.

If 7-Eleven isn't your thing and you're still Family Mart, you can cross the street to the Tsubogawa Square Building. It's hard to see, but it's just past the escalator, on the first floor of the all-glass pane windowed building there.
