Can you translate this for me in a conversational style, please.

A. Do you visit a mental health clinic?
B. Yes, I do.
B. No, I don't.
B. Sometimes I do.

Would like it both in kanji and hiragana.

Thank you.

Mental health clinics can be called "メンタル クリニック". However, some people might not know what "メンタル" means. In that case, you can say "精神 (seisin) クリニック" instead.

A. メンタルクリニックに通っていますか?
A. めんたるくりにっくに かよっていますか?

B. はい、通っています。
B. いいえ、通っていません。
B. 時々( ときどき)通っています。

You're welcome!

Thank you.
I know it takes some of your time. I'm most thankful. And I do think people watching these threads might also be interested in seeing such a conversation being translated into Japanese.
