It was found that this was a scam.

A new rule going forward: All animals for rehoming must be in Okinawa and the person listing the ad must respond within 24 hours or the ad will be removed or within 72 hours to prevent being banned.

Apologies to all parties involved; we will try to do our best to ensure that scams don't slip past. However, as always, it's buyer beware on everything and the responsibility of the community to bring these scams forward so that we can prevent future users from being taken advantage of.
