Opinion Fanta – Mixed Berry Soda

Fanta has a new flavor available while supplies last: Fanta Mixed Berry. Have you seen or tried this unique drink yet? This Fanta is a mix of blueberry, raspberry, strawberry, and blackberry. But, as mentioned, that's not what makes this drink unique.

This Fanta contains polyphenol. Polyphenols can be found in red wine, as to why many drink a glass of it a day. It's said that there are many health benefits to polyphenols such as the prevention of cardiovascular disease to be one. This soda might just be an option for those that would like the health benefits of red wine, without the alcohol. In addition to that, this Fanta contains vitamin E, which is also a great antioxidant that aids with anti-aging.

But how's it taste? Let's find out!

Ginger the cat giving Fanta – Mixed Berry Soda the sniff test

To me, it has a more overpowering taste of raspberry, but a slight aftertaste of blackberry. How about you?

If you're a Fanta fan and you happen to find it in the supermarket, or Family Mart where I saw it, go ahead and give it a try as it won't be too long before it's gone!

Also very cute cat.
Thanks! His name is Mickey. He was named after Mickey Mouse because as a kitten he had spots on his back that were identical to how you would quickly draw Mickey Mouse with circles and everyone be able to identify it in a game such as Pictionary.

One night, I heard cries in a park by my house while walking my dog @Marron, who scared him from crying again to not be found. So, I had to tie her up and within 5 minutes, I found him. After he looked at me, I knew I had to pick him up and take him home or he might've died that night or the following day since he was so malnourished to even move.

We could've easily adopted him, but, we didn't.

It was my wife that nursed him back from near death as he was unable to even walk the day of and thereafter, he, at month(s) old would stumble and even fall. He didn't start gaining weight until he was given the proper nutrition again through milk and selective cat foods, all researched by my wife, @Snow.

He's now "fat" and nearly 2-years old. And since then, the spots have grown apart, but of course, we kept his name.
Will definitely look to try it out when I am in Okinawa.
The Fanta Mixed Berry soda was pretty good. Even though it had a more raspberry taste to me, I could consider it a non-alcoholic wine. to an extent.

One thing that you should learn about Okinawa, but more so Japan in general, is that flavors are only out for a limited time.

There are so many things that I loved, be it snacks or beers (chu-hais in general), that were only sold for a couple of months, only in select store chains, and never again. The same goes for Kit-Kats and other things too.

So, you may or may not get a chance to try it by the time you're here, but I hope you do. If not, there will be something that you can try and will like.

Just be cautious that it may one day not be available one day again. 🙂

I think he is talking about the one with the Fanta bottle, maybe? The one in your profile picture has white and black colors so I assume Mickey is this one?

Hah 😄! I didn't even consider that @rad33 may have been speaking about the "product placement" of the orange cat, Ginger (or most recent rescue that @Snow can rant on about), in the Fanta bottle picture and assumed, because all too often I see my own profile picture, that he was speaking of Mickey (our first rescue). 😅
Also very cute cat.
Both are great cats with their own personalities, though. I think Mickey seems to like me more as my wife brushes his teeth and whatnot, which is absolutely great, but he tends to come to lay on me more often than her unless seeking body heat.

Ginger (the orange one) hasn't become accustomed to me quite yet and is more fearful of me approaching him because I completely ignored him and only pet Mickey in order for him to feel like this is his place, not Ginger's. But, now they're both good together and I'm easing into petting Ginger (the orange cat) more often. So, he should come around soon enough as well (especially when he starts getting his teeth brushed 🤣).
