I'm pricing out a potential trip to Yokosuka, Japan between flying there and renting a car or taking the ferry with a car.
I found a Japan Guide on ferry prices between Okinawa and the Mainland online. It looks like you can take 2nd class (without a bed) for 15,000 yen and also bring your car for 89,000 yen, which are probably both heavily discounted right now due to the pandemic.
My question is: Do you need to get both a passenger ticket (2nd class and above) and to pay for the vehicle for the 25-hour trip, or, can you pay just for the vehicle and stay in it the entire time?
Thanks in advance!
