Question Can anyone help me find relatives in Okinawa?

Trying to find relatives living in Okinawa. I haven't been there since 1986. My mother (born in Okinawa in 1944) passed in 2019. I recently have been motivated to find our family tree. Obtaining her koseki has been a struggle.
I'm hoping someone reading this might be able to help.

1st Generation Immigration Genealogical Reference Service(English) - 沖縄県立図書館

This is a link for locating immigrants, but you could get in touch and ask for other ways you could track your family. They may also have information about how to obtain your mother's koseki. Good luck!
