We make real cheese, butter and yogurt on our dairy farm in Nanjo, in the Southeast of Okinawa. We make more than 30 different kinds of cheese, mostly our own original recipes and many of them flavoured with Okinawan herbs and spices. We use only fresh, full cream milk, straight from our cows. Because our products are our own, we encourage customers to taste our cheeses and offer free tasting at our shop in the JA Atoll Shopping Centre in Ozato, Nanjo.
