fast currents, great for bridge surfing, kayaking???Looks like good swimming (maybe bridge diving?) waters!
This area is also very shallow, low tide and there is almost no water to be seen in the bay!
Possibly as to why there is a sign for locals and USFJ to use the bridge safely!
