Full-time Customer Service Agent (Store Position)· Assist customers in opening new accounts for on/off-base service
· Demonstrate/explain Voice, Video and Data services
· Collect and record customer payments
· Operate cash register/answer phones
· Use customer record management software
· Refer customers to Technical Support as required
· Perform other duties as assigned
· Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
· Some technical knowledge is a plus, but not required
· 40 hours per week. Must be able to work Saturdays
· Must be able to work for the company for at least 12 mos.
· Ability to read/write in Japanese is preferred, but not required
· Store hours Monday thru Saturday 0900 – 1800
