Notes: About 10 minutes from the last Expressway exit, the Nago Castle Park is just on the outskirts of Nago. There are various parking lots around the park, but the bottom parking is where you can start up the stairs and get some of the best castle-esque pictures. The park is pretty spread out. You can take a picture of the map in the parking lot and then decide where you want to drive to.
There are various plaques, shrines, springs, and tombs on the grounds. Be sure to stop at the Cherry Blossom bridge (Map: ノッポ椰子の広場). It's foot traffic only. It leads to a playground just up the hill with a roller slide.
If you really wanted to, you could spend several hours just walking or driving to various spots on the map. Be sure to save pins of overlooks as you'll want to come back during cherry blossom season.
